Your school or organisation must hold current Consent to Assess for the unit standard(s) included in these resources. It is the responsibility of the purchasing school to ensure this consent is in place before delivery or assessment occurs.
Use of Materials
Resources may be used for teaching and assessment within your school only. They may not be copied, shared, distributed, on-sold, or adapted for commercial use without written permission.
If the unit standard(s) are assessed by the school, all results must be reported using the school’s own provider code. These resources do not grant assessment or reporting rights.
1. Consumer Guarantees
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA), our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. These guarantees include that products will be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match the description given.
2. Refunds
- If a product is damaged, or not fit for purpose, we will offer a replacement, or refund at our discretion.
- Refunds will generally be processed using the original method of payment.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process refunds.
3. Returns
- Returns for change of mind are not covered by the CGA, but we may offer an exchange or credit at our discretion.
- The product should be returned in its original packaging in original condition.
